Using the site
You can read stories, react to them and share your own. Please use the site kindly and honestly. Don’t submit anything that breaks our storytelling guidelines, is untrue about someone else, or is meant to harm, advertise or spam.
Your story and our licence
Your story stays yours. When you submit it, you give Sabrina’s Reach4Life Inc. permission to display it on this site, with the edits described below. You confirm that you wrote it and that it doesn’t identify you or anyone else by mistake.
Moderation
Every story is read by the YSMS team before it is published. We may edit a story to remove identifying or unsafe detail, publish it, or decline it. We may also remove a story later. Submitting a story doesn’t guarantee it will be published.
Not a crisis or medical service
Your Story, My Story shares real stories. It is not a crisis service, and it does not give medical or mental health advice. Messages sent to us are not monitored around the clock.
